Relay Free to Super Bowl LIII

Super Bowl Llll is going down at the Mercedes- Benz Stadium on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2019! The city will be moving and shaking with Super Bowl activities throughout the 10 day Super Bowl Experience. During this time, Atlanta will be expecting more than a million visitors. That means more traffic and longer commute times. Without a doubt, a Relay bike will be your best option for moving around downtown Atlanta.

We recommend planning ahead and allowing extra travel time due to the special event road closures and detours. To prepare, the City of Atlanta will start the road closures on January 21, 2019, and open them back up on February 8, 2019. The Super Bowl LIII Host Committee released a map with details of the road closures and dates here >>>

You can navigate the crowds and skip the traffic during the Super Bowl Experience on two wheels by utilizing Relay! We even set up a special offer and promo code just to make it a guaranteed “W”.

Use promo code: RelaySB53 during January 21, 2019 – February 8, 2019, for a $10 Relay Bike Share credit.   This credit will work for new and existing members.

Relay Bike Share Utilizes “Smart Bike” Technology

With smart bike technology, each Relay bike communicates with the server. Technology means that Relay is a flexible system that allows a bike to be parked in and out of stations. No need to stress about where stations are, just use the SoBi app to locate a bike….when you’re finished riding, you can lock up at any bike rack or public pole surrounding the Super Bowl LIII events.

Plan your route
Atlanta has plenty of options for riding depending on your comfort level, from trails and paths to bike lanes and shared traffic lanes. Knowing the best route to take ahead of time often makes a bicycle trip easier. You can look up route options with the Social Bicycles or Google Maps app on your smartphone.
Google Maps allows you to select a train and bicycle as your means of transportation and gives you the best route and elevation.
